Appointments and Cancellations
We recommend making appointments for all services as early as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you with your choice of time and day.
We require 24 hour notice on any cancellation. If you do not give 24 hour notice you will be charged $50 for no show or Late cancelation which will be charged card on file.
Groupons don’t hold cards but if you are 15 mins or more late your appointment will be canceled and redeemed as honor or you pay $25 to use session.
A credit card is required for all spa appointments or services one hr. or longer at the time of booking. We ask that you kindly give us 24-hour notice if you choose to cancel your services. Without proper notification the $50 fee will automatically be charged to your credit card or if you have a package or prepaid service you will forfeit that service.
Our scheduling allows the proper amount of time to complete each service. Punctuality is greatly appreciated. Late arrival may result in less time dedicated to your service and full charges will be applied.
When booking a service, please advise the Client Specialist of any significant health conditions you may have or if you may be pregnant.

Gratuities are not included in your spa treatment fee, salon fee or gift certificates. Industry standard 18 to 20%, however it is at your discretion.
Gift Certificates are Not transferable, All packages expire 90 days after , may be redeemed for product as well as other services and are not refundable. Gift Cards must be present at the time of services. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates. All Groupons end in 60 days, Do Not purchase multiple Groupons for service we are only allowed to honor 1 Groupon every 60 days.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. We suggest leaving your jewelry at home when using our spa.
Cell phones should be turned off or put on vibrate upon entering the spa in order to ensure maximum stress reduction for all of our clients. If necessary, talking on your cell phone is limited to the reception area only.
Children under the age of 10, who are not receiving treatments, are not permitted in the spa. This is so we can ensure a calming and relaxing atmosphere for all clients.
Hollywood Body Wraps accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit cards, Spa Finder, CareCredit, American express and personal checks with proper identification.
Private parties are available on Saturday only.Please speak to a manager for information and available dates.
